Around the Clock, also called Round the Clock, is the classic practice and party game: hit every number from 1 to 20 in order, then finish on the bull. It's simple enough for kids and beginners and a great warm-up for everyone else. DartNow shows each player's next target and how far round the board they've got.
How to play Around the Clock
Start on 1. Hit it anywhere in the segment, single, double or treble, to move on to 2.
Keep going in order up to 20, then finish on the bull. The outer bull and the bullseye both count.
Darts that miss your current target don't count, even if they hit a later number.
The first player to hit the bull wins. Playing solo? DartNow tells you how many darts you took.
Fast mode
In fast mode a double moves you two numbers ahead and a treble three, so good darts are rewarded and games are shorter. Turn it on in the settings.
Practice drills
Doubles around the clock: only count a dart when it lands in the double, and tap Miss for singles and trebles. It's one of the best ways to practise finishing.
Trebles around the clock: the same idea for the treble ring, for scoring practice.
Beat your best: play solo and try to get round the board in fewer darts each time.
Good for beginners and kids
There's no maths and no bust, so Around the Clock is the easiest darts game to learn, and every player always has a clear target. It's a good warm-up before a game of 501.
